Breach Confirmation Tool
Initial Breach
Driver Stewart Demo would have seen several warnings in the app before locking in a breach.
If he has spoken to the record keeper and together established that a manual entry of a rest would repair some of the breaches, the record keeper then would want to review or confirm breaches after making additional entries.
Verification
The record keeper can see the entries in the reports view and in the breaches report.
These are based on what the driver is saying, and are incomplete entries.
Record Keeper View
The record keeper will also see breach alerts in the portal.
The record keeper can make manual entries on the drivers behalf.
A driver can do this too but more often it is at the office.
Confirmation
After making a manual entry, some of the breaches no longer apply. Or perhaps even none of them do.
The record keeper proceeds to the breach confirmation tool and filters for the driver and dates.
Changes are displayed which are executed once confirmed.
In this case, one breach will be removed.
