3. Evaluate Evidence
- Review the information for its evidentiary value to interpret the breach in the broader context of compliance and operational circumstances.
4. Interview the Driver
- Conduct an interview with the driver to gather their perspective and understand any relevant factors surrounding the breach.
5. Conclude Investigation
- Assess whether the driver was indeed at fault based on all the gathered information
- Determine next steps:
- Issue a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if appropriate.
- If not necessary, close the investigation without issuing an NCR
