Have you seen an alert in Logmaster that mentions ‘Mock Location’? It relates to the settings in your device. Here’s how to check you have the settings right for Logmaster.
For Android:
- Open Settings: Tap on the “Settings” app, usually represented by a gear icon.
- Select Location: Scroll down and tap on “Developer Mode”.
- Turn Off Developer Mode: Toggle the switch to turn off Developer Mode.
Note: If developer mode is not showing in settings, this means a setting has been changed in developer mode and then developer mode has been closed. You may require to factory reset the device to clear the warning. Please call support if this is the situation.
